Q: What is the Bompa.com Return Policy?
A: Bompa.com accepts the return of all products for up to 60 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on undergarments, swimwear and limited edition items where noted .

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from Bompa.com?
A: We'll happily accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective items. When we receive your return we will refund you in the method of original payment. Need a different size? Color? Style? Simply place a new order online for your new item, then choose one of the following convenient options to make your return:
1. Return By Mail
Using your packing slip form, indicate the items and reason for your return in your original shipment, and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
2. Express Exchange
Need it in a hurry? The best thing to do is go online to Bompa.com and order your replacement merchandise. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24-48 hours. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
